DESCRIPTION OF WORKING SCHEDULES

DAILY WORK SCHEDULE .

  • Sweeping and mopping of all floors, common space, staircases, lobbies and surroundings.
  • Sweeping and mopping the executive cabins and staff cubicle, and pantry and security cabin etc.
  • Dusting all Office Equipments, furniture and fixtures
  • Cleaning, scrubbing and disinfecting of all washbasins, urinals, and toilets with Hygienic, odorless and branded cleaning solutions.
  • Dispose of all garbages after segregation of wet & dry garbages

WEEKLY WORK SCHEDULE

  • Dusting of all electrical fittings, lights, fans, Ac, etc.
  • Dusting of the side-walls, passageways, ceilings of entire areas of cobwebs area etc.
  • Washing the entrance, lobbies and pavements.
  • Deep cleaning of all toilets with required cleaning liquids.
  • Washing of all glass panes, blinds, and exit gates etc.
  • Cleaning of inside glass partitions and other vacant area in the premises.

MONTHLY WORK SCHEDULE

Washing staircases, common space of the floor, cleaning terrace of the building, And duct portion will be also cleaned on the monthly basis.

Terms and Conditions

  • Service will commence after 7days working from the receiving of work order.
  • The rates quoted in Annexure „A‟ for 8.5 hours a day & six days a week working.
  • In case of any revision under the labour law the same will be applicable in contract value.
  • The contract is for the period of one year, can be extended further by the mutual understanding and also can be terminated by issuing one month notice by the either side.
  • Our bill will be raised on or before 3rd day of the next month and payment should be made Within the 4(four) days of the receipt of the bill i.e. by the 7th .
  • On 7th day of next month for the previous month to render an uninterrupted service to your esteemed organization.
  • In the unlikely event of war, law & order stature or natural disasters, our service commitment may get altered.  

We need act of kindness from Client 

  • To provide electricity, water and any other requirement to render a service at the client's cost.
  • The client shall provide particular space for their own as well as agency's equipment to store them safely and easy accessibility.
  • To provide necessary consumables and the cleaning agents to our staff.
  • Any damages or misuse of the contractor‟s equipment should be repaired by the client at his own cost.
